It had earlier been reported that The American Conservative Union had asked Milo Yiannopoulos to speak at CPAC. The announcement was made on Saturday and the ACU expected some controversy.
“We realize that this invitation will be accompanied by controversy which we think the conservative movement and our CPAC attendees can handle,” Said Matt Schlapp who is the Chairman of the ACU.
However, on Monday the ACU announced that it has withdrawn its invitation for him to speak amid a controversial video of him possibly advocating pedophilia. When the video became public Chairman Matt Schlapp issued this statement.

This is an excerpt of what Milo said that was so controversial and the video is below.
“In the homosexual world, particularly, some of those relationships between younger boys and older men — the sort of ‘coming of age’ relationship — those relationships in which those older men help those young boys discover who they are and give them security and safety and provide them with love and a reliable, sort of rock, where they can’t speak to their parents,”
Milo did release a statement apologizing and clarifying his statement.
Milo is a highly contreversial figure who has been a rising star and a vigorious defender of Trump. He is also known for saying some very outlandish things. It is no suprise that someone would attempt to take his career out.
