New Windows 10 Business Smartphone from Vaio

The new Windows 10 business smartphone from Vaio might boost the sales of phones with the Microsoft software.

Vaio is taking a daring step with the Vaio Phone Biz that targets the business sector.

The new Windows 10 business smartphone from Vaio has just been revealed by the company and it looks quite promising. Featuring an elegant and neat design, Vaio Phone Biz is sure to come in handy for all people working in the business sector.

Vaio seems to keep its high standards for laptops when producing phones as well. Apart from its eye-pleasing combination of rough lines and subtler curves, the new smartphone comes encased in aluminum which gives it a business look. It does resemble some older generations of Nokia phones, although the other company prefers plastic nowadays. It is very likely that between the two brands that use the Windows software, people will prefer the look of Vaio.

Vaio Phone Biz comes equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 CPU that includes eight cores which operate at 1.5 Ghz. It has 3 GB RAM and a Qualcomm Adreno 405 GPU. As for its display, the highest resolution of the phone reaches 1080 pixels on its 5.5 inch display. The specs of Phone Biz seem to be perfectly suited for work.

On the other hand, there are a couple of downsides: there is no USB Type-C and no fingerprint sensor. These two features are becoming quite popular this year. However, its back camera has 13 megapixels and the front one five megapixels which are sure to take decent pictures. You can connect the Vaio smartphone via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G, 4G LTE and other ways.

Those who will purchase the Vaio Phone Biz will also be able to use its PC-like capacity, as Windows 10 Mobile comes with Continuum support that lets you connect the phone to any monitor or smart TV.

The new smartphone is set to be released at the beginning of April only in Japan for the price of $430. There will be only one available color: silver. The new arrival might boost the sales of Windows phones which have declined lately by 49%. Most people choose Android or iOS devices these days, but the Vaio Phone Biz might be exactly what Microsoft needs.

It is not yet clear when the new Windows 10 business smartphone from Vaio will hit the United States stores, but an announcement on the matter will probably soon be made by the company.
